BOOOOOOM. Education is a right, that is why we have to fight!
P.S. If you would like to offer me a “substantial amount” to stop wearing your brand so my association won’t “cause significant damage to your image”, don’t hesitate to email me. I respect you as a business man, and my agent and I would be happy to contribute in furthering your established success.
P.P.S. You should know your Large t-shirt comfortably fits a size 22. You might want to work on that.

Lindy West - Female “Purity” is Bullshit.

In an interview, Zoe Saldana claimed that there were no people of color. Just people. And while I do agree that we are all humans, once more we need to look at history for an answer. As I had it explained to me when I arrived to the U.S. it seems that people of color was a way to reclaim a word that had been previously used in a derogatory manner and to include in the conversation those who were not black but still suffered from being alienated because of the color of their skin. The term has evolved to “minority,” to include those who were affected by racial dynamics in the U.S. while being “light skinned.” Although people still use them interchangeably.
Post- racial is always a nice sentiment but not a wise reality.
This video — titled “LADY GAGA IN NEW YORK CITY (MAY 19 2013)” — is the best thing I’ve seen today.
